POISON has two new CD's out and if ya ask me...why put them out.
One is just another greatest hits with a few additional songs.
and the other is called BALLADS & BLUES another greatest hits but the ballad and blues songs.
I'm a bigtime POISON fan but I have to say that I find these two new CD's pretty useless.

I fikkin hate it when they do this thing releasing cd's just to make some money. Just rehashing stuff we've already got.

Seems to be the trend as of late with these 80s Glam acts. Maybe they have album committments to their record company, but no new material? Maybe they've had requests from fans for it, but everyone's done it with greatest hits and live album, even your beloved Ki$$, LMAO!!
Raggz, did you buy them? I guess some people HAVE to have everything a band puts out, some people don't.
Is it worthy of your hard-earned dollar? Everyone will have their own opinion on that.
I personally buy some greatest hits cds, if it fills in gaps from missing studio stuff, or if the old studio stuff of mine is on tape (which is usually the case).

La Guns did this not long ago with greatest hits, then cocked and reloaded etc
I do like greatest hits albums like Stacey says it is good to fill a gap in your collection if you like a hand full of songs by a particular band

No I didn't buy them at all and I won't.
I have all these songs already so I see why the need for the two new CD's.

Yeah, exactly. I have the first 4 Poison albums on cassette, so when the Greatest Hits 86-96 came out, I got that on cd, as that had the best tracks on. No point duplicating if you have the tracks on disc already.

Huh? I was only gonna pay for stuff I liked! Not bought any Poison since that Greatest Hits. Not felt the need, or heard any of the other stuff.
What I don't know, I don't miss.
